Star Pump Accessories 024779 Editorial Review
H2O PRO Mechanical Float Switch for Sump Pumps - Universal Replacement Kit 024779 offers a corded electric power source and operates at 0.5 hp, making it suitable for submersible applications. While some users have reported it working reliably for over five years, others experienced issues with activation when submerged, highlighting a potential reliability concern. Some installations received a 110 volt plug instead of the 220 volt shown in advertisements. Therefore, while many appreciate its functionality, others may find inconsistent performance. It's advisable to keep a backup on hand due to the mixed feedback regarding reliability and proper voltage compatibility.
