With the device pre-programmed to block 2000 scam numbers and the option to block an additional 1500 numbers at the press of a button, many customers have reported a sharply decreased frequency of telemarketing and nuisance calls. Users have found satisfaction in the device's ease of use, especially after initial difficulties were clarified with the help of customer service. Notably, customers highlight the enjoyment of using the "kill button," which allows them to permanently block troublesome numbers, bringing a sense of relief and empowerment over unsolicited calls. The device’s compatibility with various phone systems, particularly DECT landline phones, is also praised, marking a significant improvement over older models. However, some users caution that while the blocker is effective in curtailing unwanted calls, it may still struggle against ever-growing lists of new scam numbers, requiring ongoing vigilance and manual blocking.
