Wittner Metronomes 845111 Editorial Review
The Wittner 804K Metronome has garnered a generally positive reception from customers, particularly for its aesthetic appeal and mechanical performance. Many users appreciate its nostalgic design, with some purchasing it as a decorative piece that also functions effectively for practice. The traditional pendulum mechanism is celebrated for its accuracy and the pleasant sound it produces, which some prefer over electronic alternatives. One reviewer emphasized that the metronome maintains Consistent BPM for extended periods—evident in their experience where it lasted over 45 minutes on a single windup. However, the Construction quality has received mixed feedback, with some customers noting that the plastic casing gives it a slightly cheap feel compared to more traditional wooden designs. Despite this opinion, most find that the metronome is solidly built and worthy of its price—especially Considering it is more affordable than similar models. Several users mentioned minor issues such as the need for frequent winding and a desire for a more substantial cover, but these concerns did not detract significantly from their overall satisfaction. In summary, the Wittner 804K Metronome is appreciated for its charming design, reliable performance, and ease of use, making it a valuable addition to any musician's practice routine. **
