It can be difficult to hang from the ceiling and requires a compatible hanger to swivel and reduce the bag’s swing. The bag itself is prone to becoming lopsided if not hung perfectly vertical, and you must have proper punching and kicking form to avoid injury. Although customer experiences are mixed, customer service appears to be very responsive in handling issues with the product.
