The adjustable strap is 20 inches long, and its measurements are 10 1/4" top to bottom, 11" side to side, and 2" deep on the bottom. However, there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the dimensions and strap length in the FAQ section. Some customers found the bag too small or straps not long enough for their height.
